How far is the house from Circuit of the Americas?
COTA sits on the southeast edge of Austin, a straightforward drive from the house. Most groups carpool or set a rideshare meet time to stay ahead of track traffic, and we send our favorite routes and timing tips before you arrive.
Where do we go at night?
Downtown Austin offers West 6th, Rainey Street, and South Congress. The house sits in Clarksville, close to the city and quiet when you get home.
How many people can the house sleep?
16+ guests, 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 3.5 baths in the main house, plus 1 bedroom, 1 bed, 1 bath, and a pullout couch in the separate converted Longhorn Lounge Casita.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Flying in Thursday or out Monday? Tell us your travel plans and we will do everything we can to make the bookend days easy.
Is there parking?
Two to three off-street spaces, plus free street parking in the neighborhood. Room for the rental-car convoy.
Can we host a watch party at the house?
The house is yours to enjoy at full group size, movie setup and all, but we do not host parties or events, and noise monitoring is active. Clarksville is a real neighborhood, and taking care of it is part of why guests love staying here.
Are pets allowed?
Not at the Clarksville house.

What is the cancellation policy?

Can the pool be heated for our stay?
Yes. Pool heating is an optional add-on of $150 per day. Tell us when you book and it will be warm when you arrive.
